Bill Bullock

Bill joined Minto USA in 2009 and drove Minto's traditional community expansion into multiple Florida markets.  In concert with the 2017 announcement of the Minto - Latitude Margaritaville concept, his focus shifted to overseeing the Latitude portfolio in Daytona Beach, Hilton Head, Watersound (Florida Panhandle) and most recently the expansion into Texas.

Prior to joining Minto, Bill spent 15 years with private and public builders.

He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Environmental Engineering and is a licensed Civil Engineer.

Bill resides in Marco Island, Florida with his wife and their two children.
