Curt Johansen

During his 35-year career in land development, Curt has managed multiple projects delivering profitable performance through strategies featuring sustainable principles. A proven leader in the processing of regulatory entitlements, community design and marketing, infrastructure construction, environmental mitigation solutions, and public/private partnering, Curt brings excellent skills to acquisition, financial feasibility, public outreach and approvals, and team project management. He is the long-time Board President of the Council of Infill Builders, has served on numerous boards and committees promoting sustainable development, is a former Planning Commission Chair, and is a frequent public speaker on principles and best practice of sustainable communities. In Triad’s Lagoon Valley project, Curt will oversee all aspects of the development of this outstanding Conservation Community featuring 700,000 SF of Business Village, including bio- manufacturing resulting in mixed use jobs/housing balance, 1,015 residential homes, a place- making Town Center, numerous parks, affordable housing, and over 80% of the Specific Plan area conserved for open space/recreational use.
