Cameron Jackson
Vice President
Daybreak Utah
The breadth of Cameron’s experience in real estate development has given him a perspective in which all aspects of the business —from conceptual planning to development strategy and operations —come together as a seamless whole.
Cameron spent 20+ years in the marketing and operations of master planned communities and homebuilding. Over the course of his tenure as director of marketing for the Daybreak community, he achieved 92% unaided brand awareness within the MSA, sustained double-digit annual market share as well as a 10-12% market pricing premium, and more than doubled annual home sales volume, turning Daybreak into the #5 best-selling community in the country in 2020.
More recently, he has turned his talents to developing a broad array of projects in the pipeline for Larry H. Miller Real Estate, including both residential and commercial assets within a growing portfolio. With his holistic, full-lifecycle point of view and his experience leading cross-functional development teams, he is responsible for bringing entitled projects to fruition. This includes pre-development market research, positioning, lease up and programming for the commercial real estate assets of an 800-acre mixed-use town center, including 4,000 apartments and over 5 million square feet of retail, office and civic space.
Cameron is a full member of the Urban Land Institute and serves as President of the Daybreak Community Association Board of Directors. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and an MBA from the University of Utah.
