Craig Collin
President & COO
Tavistock Development Company
Craig Collin, president and COO of Tavistock Development Company, oversees the strategic execution of a nationally recognized portfolio of award-winning, visionary communities known for innovation, creative placemaking and long-term value.
His work includes guiding the growth of Lake Nona, one of the fastest-growing communities in the U.S., and Sunbridge, a “naturehood” celebrated for its ecological stewardship. In addition to developing these master-planned communities, Collin leads the acquisition and operation of hotel and other commercial assets across the U.S. and contributes to Tavistock’s global business initiatives.
He also led the transformation of Pier Sixty-Six in Fort Lauderdale, reimagining the iconic waterfront destination with ultraluxury hospitality, new residential offerings and a world-class marina. Whether guiding high-growth districts, sustainability-driven communities or legacy landmarks, Collin brings a thoughtful, strategically grounded approach to everything he leads.
Previously, Collin held senior leadership roles at a large publicly traded residential development company in the Northeast, where he navigated multiple markets and led the successful delivery of more than 35,000 homes across hundreds of communities, a scale that continues to inform his operational perspective and development philosophy.
Collin serves on executive boards for organizations supporting arts, culture and community development. He is actively engaged with industry councils at the local, state and national levels, and sits on company boards in both an advisory role and fiduciary capacity.
At his core, Collin believes in leadership rooted in trust and transparency. He empowers his teams to lead, collaborate and deliver with purpose, an approach that shapes both the places Tavistock builds and the people behind them.
