Kellie Sambrano

Kellie is Senior Vice President of FirstService Development Advisors, a national company within FirstService Residential, where she is responsible for overseeing the company's forward planning and budget consulting team for new developments.

Ms. Sambrano has over 20 years of experience in community management operations and working with both national and local builders, developers, and association boards. As a seasoned professional, Kellie has worked with a variety of projects ranging from active adult communities, mixed-use urban and high-rise developments as well as with some of the most prestigious master planned communities. Her expertise includes implementing governance modeling, financial tools, BRE budget preparation, as well as amenity and staff planning.

Kellie maintains a professional certification from the Community Association Institute (CAI) where she also serves as Chair of the Orange County Regional Chapter of the Publications Committee. Kellie is also a member of the Northern California BIA DRE Committee.She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
