Ken Gibson

Ken Gibson serves as the General Manager for Ladera Ranch, a master-planned community located in Southern California. Ken manages the daily operations of this award-winning lifestyle community consisting of over 4,000 acres, 30,000 residents and 8,100 homes.
Ken has 20 years of experience in large-scale and lifestyle community management. Prior to his current role, Ken served as the General Manager for Trilogy at Glen Ivy, a 55+ Shea Homes development. During his 9-year tenure at Trilogy at Glen Ivy, Ken also held the positions of Assistant General Manager, Director of Resort Operations and Fitness & Wellness Director. Ken studied Kinesiology at Long Beach State University and is an active member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) where he holds multiple CAI designations.
