Matt spent the first half of his career with world-class companies like Procter & Gamble and J.P. Morgan in roles spanning financial analysis, market research, branding and product marketing. He was then recruited into the building industry by manufacturer/distributor Harvey Building Products. At HBP, Matt spent 13 years transforming the marketing team and then co-leading the sales and operations organizations. He was also actively involved in several private equity enterprise transactions, on both the sell and buy sides. In 2019, Matt began consulting within the industry –first independently, and then on Zonda’s Building Practice Advisory team.
