Tony Ruggeri

Tony Ruggeri is Co-CEO of Republic Property Group. He works to shape the vision for the company and focuses on creating places that provide meaningful impact to the surrounding region and allow people to live exceptionally.

Since joining Republic Property Group in 2005, Ruggeri has played an integral role in all facets of development, including project vision development, experiential community programming and marketing strategy. Notable communities including Light Farms in Celina, Phillips Creek Ranch in Frisco, and Walsh in Fort Worth have been developed by the company.

Ruggeri is also leading Republic Property Group’s expansion into build-to-rent community development, launching the Record Street Residential brand with multiple projects underwayin North Texas. In 2017, Tony was honored by the Dallas Business Journal in their annual “40 Under 40” awards program and he has been named one of the 500 most influential people in business by D Magazine.

Ruggeri started his career in real estate development, specializing in retail leasing and tenant representation.
