Vaike O'Grady

Vaike O’Grady, a residential real estate marketing veteran with extensive high-level experience in homebuilding and development, is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Metro Development Group.

Vaike previously served as Regional Director for Zonda (formerly Metrostudy) in Austin, Texas. She has a strong background in market analysis, community planning, marketing strategy and execution, and worked for 17 years for Newland Communities in Austin, Charlotte, Atlanta, Orlando, and Tampa. Vaike also worked for national and regional homebuilders early in her career.Vaike is active with the Urban Land Institute, serving as District Chair in Austin before moving to Tampa Bay in 2021.She also was active on the Boards of HomeAid Austin (which combats homelessness) she served on the Board of the local Home Builders Association. Vaike graduated Summa Cum Laude from Loyola University in Maryland.
