Chris Janson is a seasoned real estate investment and development professional with over 25 years of experience leading complex, master-planned projects. His expertise spans the full development lifecycle, including acquisition, entitlement, construction, and disposition across a diverse range of asset classes.

He currently serves as President of Mack Halo Vista, where he oversees Halo Vista and the development of a distinctive 2,500+ acre mixed-use ecosystem in North Phoenix, adjacent to the TSMC semiconductor fabrication campus. Chris is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and holds an active Arizona Real Estate Brokerage License. He is also a board member at NAIOP and a proud member of ULI and the Thunderbird Charity Group.
