Jim Harvey is President of Brookfield Kolter Land Partners, where he leads the company’s acquisition strategy and oversees investments across the Southeast United States. His role includes identifying and advancing opportunities that support the company’s continued growth across the region.

Jim brings more than 20 years of experience in residential real estate. Throughout his career, he has worked across the full development lifecycle, with experience in acquisitions, entitlement, development, sales and marketing.

Jim earned degrees in Economics and Finance from the University of South Florida. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and National Association of Home Builders, and serves on the University of South Florida Alumni Association Board and Athletics Council.
