Cee Cee Marinelli is a proud Naples native who has played a key role at Barron Collier Companies since 2006, currently serving as President of Community Planning & Operations. In this role, she leads planning and operations across the company’s communities, helping shape the growth of places like Ave Maria and Brightshore.

Cee Cee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Elon University and an MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University. She is a graduate of Leadership Collier (Class of 2013) and Leadership Florida’s Connect Class VII, reflecting her deep commitment to leadership development and community engagement.

Actively involved in giving back to Southwest Florida, Cee Cee serves on the boards of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce and the Golisano Children’s Museum of Naples.

Outside of work, Cee Cee cherishes time with her husband, Chad, and their three children, who keep her on her toes and inspire her commitment to building thriving, family-friendly communities.
