Jeff McQueen

Jeff McQueen is the co-founder president of Trilogy®, the premier 55+ resort community brand from award-winning Shea Homes®. Since 1999, Trilogy has led the active-adult homebuilding industry, pioneering innovative community designs and trend-forward lifestyle programming for its homeowners, while anticipating shifts in generational trends in active lifestyle living. 
 
In 2015, Jeff became president of Trilogy after serving as the division’s executive vice president and VP of finance, and has been integral to the brand’s growth and strategic direction since its inception.  
 
In his current role, Jeff leads land acquisition, development, and home sales across ten major markets, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Nevada, North Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. His forward-thinking vision has continued to reinvent active lifestyle living for both Boomers and Generation X, focusing on hospitality managed amenities and home designs that meet the needs of working residents and give them the tools to thrive socially, prioritize wellness, and stay active in this new chapter of their lives. 

Under Jeff’s leadership, Trilogy has focused on developing communities that are designed to enhance the daily lives of residents through Trilogy’s five pillars of wellness: social connection, physical health, intellectual enrichment, emotional wellbeing, and spiritual and purpose-driven living. Building on that leadership, Trilogy’s commitment to excellence has earned widespread recognition, including being named America’s Most Trusted® Active Adult Resort Builder by Lifestory Research for 14 consecutive years, the longest in the study’s history, along with winning numerous community amenity and home design awards from the National Association of Home Builders.
